Havener is a balcony gardening application designed to help users discover suitable plants, understand growing requirements, and receive gardening recommendations based on their balcony conditions, location, and preferences.

All information provided through Havener is intended for general educational and informational purposes only.

User Accounts

You may be required to create an account to access certain features of Havener.

You are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate information.
  • Maintaining the security of your account.
  • Keeping your login credentials confidential.
  • All activities that occur under your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms of Use.

Acceptable Use

Gardening Information Disclaimer

Havener provides gardening recommendations based on information supplied by users and general horticultural knowledge.

Growing results can vary depending on many factors, including:

  • Individual gardening practices

We do not guarantee successful plant growth, harvest yields, plant survival, or gardening outcomes.

Havener may use third-party services, including but not limited to:

  • Firebase Authentication
  • Cloud Firestore
  • Apple App Store services

Your use of these services may also be subject to the terms and policies of their respective providers.

Account Deletion

You may delete your account directly within the Havener app.

Deleting your account will remove your profile information, saved preferences, favorites, and associated user data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Havener and its owners, operators, affiliates, and contributors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from:

  • Your use of the app.
  • Your inability to use the app.
  • Plant loss or crop failure.
  • Gardening decisions made based on app recommendations.
  • Data loss.
  • Service interruptions.

Your use of Havener is at your own risk.

No Warranty
